Health Informatics Analyst
Current• Oversee the software training program to ensure effective utilization of the EHR and serve in a consultative/advisory capacity to facilitate learning and ongoing implementation of the training. • Provide oversight of EHR (development, interfaces, upgrades, etc.).• Complete data collection, statistical analysis, and identification of variances in the management of clients.• Develop operational reports and dashboards that reflect service standards, metrics, and performance indicators.• Identify opportunities and solutions to improve data analytics and efficiency of reporting.• Collaborate with leadership team to plan, discuss, interpret, and provide them with statistical reports.• Fulfill special requests for information, analyses, etc. to identify trends in service delivery.• Perform research to identify appropriate benchmark targets to monitor quality and performance indicators as they relate to client outcomes and population-based outcomes.• Design data visualizations and dashboards for internal and external dashboards.
