Founded in 2017 by Caleb and Melanie Van Wingerden, SunBlest Gardens is a true family business. With 22 brothers and sisters, I come from a large family of growers spanning across the nation, from Colorado to Maryland, and have been growing since a very young age. My family originated from Holland and has been in the greenhouse industry for over 75 years.SunBlest Gardens has eight acres of covered greenhouse, ten additional acres of field grown crops, and is currently expanding. SunBlest Gardens grows over 100 different varieties of plants, grasses, and flowers. We supply plants to over 100 stores across the Southeast and sell more than five million plants per year to brands like Costco and Ace Hardware.
