Created and executed corrective action plans that prevented major incidents from recurring.● Successfully executed large piping insulation remediation projects. Coordinated efforts to repair $1.5M+ of CUI (corrosion under insulation) and insulation defects.● Established scope and execution of a major site stress corrosion cracking remediation project, with replacement costs exceeding $2M. Challenged site’s current piping specifications, which led to the development of new pipe specifications, eliminating the risk of catastrophic process failures.● Acted as subject matter expert on Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for multiple areas of the plant.● Supervised engineering intern who completed high-impact reliability projects.
