Understanding unique market trends, navigating supply chain challenges, and managing inventory for both stock and rotatable pools keeps my role dynamic and exciting!I am currently thriving as a Sales Manager at VSE Aviation, one of the fastest-growing aircraft parts distributors, under exceptional leadership. In this position, I lead a team of 26 across two locations, including multiple remote employees. I focus on achieving our KPIs while being the voice of our customers. My diverse experiences have allowed me to wear many hats and expand my expertise rapidly. Previously, as the Product Line Manager for major programs like the Bombardier Learjet lines, I successfully grew smaller lines, such as Survival Products, by building strong relationships with OEMs and delivering creative solutions to meet customer needs.My background also includes roles as a buyer, planner, and rotables agent, where I introduced innovative approaches that improved existing strategies and tools.I am driven by core values centered around a positive culture, building meaningful relationships, a strong work ethic, and innovative thinking.
