As a supervisor at Ace Parking, I lead a team of 10 parking attendants and manage the daily operations of the parking lot. I also oversee the marketing and promotion of the parking services, creating flyers and videos using After Effects. I have a certification in After Effects 2020 Essential Training from LinkedIn, which I obtained in May 2023. I graduated from Glendale Community College with an Associate of Arts degree in 2016, where I learned the basics of marketing, communication, and business. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the parking lot users. I am always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and quality of the parking operations and to expand the customer base and revenue.
