I have a passion for the IT industry and am looking to grow more. I am currently studying for a Diploma in I.T. and planning on studying for a bachelor's in the coming year. I have a passion for software development and Computer Networking. I plan to major in those two subjects in the future after completing my Diploma in I.T. I also completed a Diploma in Business back in 2018 which helped me understand more about the business side of things. I believe that the Business Diploma will help me understand more about the business side of I.T.I have had 8 Months of experience in a Service Desk Analysis role. I learnt a number of skills that I believe have helped me in my professional career. I have learnt:-Teamwork and communication skills-Ticket system handeling -Troubleshooting strategies for users and clients-Analyse backup data and recovery-Administrative work with Office 365 and Azure-Firewall and cybersecurity handling I thrive in teams with an abundance of communication and teamwork. I enjoy problem-solving and I'm always open to learning more.
