• Plan, direct, coordinate, supervise, and review the work of assigned electrical utility construction crews. • Recommend, inspect, and enforce safety requirements.• Schedule, plan, and coordinate staffing levels, equipment, and supplies to completedesignated tasks within established budget parameters. Assign, review, and evaluatethe work of crews for accuracy, suitability, and completeness. • Complete and maintain a variety of records and reports including but not limited to time and materialrecords, work reports, and cost records.

• Remains highly effective in managing all aspects of a construction project; Builds, maintains, and restores electrical power systems and electrical service to commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential customers.• Oversees, coordinates, and inspects the work of multiple powerline crews and routinely performs crew and job site safety audits; Creates and maintains an injury-free environment. • Enforces all policies, guidelines, and operating practices of IBEW; Ensures safe work practice and OSHA compliance; Conducts daily jobsite analysis briefings. • Establishes clear communication with all parties involved with projects which may include but is not limited to utility construction coordinators, utility safety supervisors, DOT/DOT roadway officials, and project managers.
