Working with Music in Vision, my role was to help headhunt for specific castings of various demographics with the correct instrument playing ability.My role largely included recruiting sign ups which I did highly effectively through instagram to quickly grow the database of suitable musicians and have a fast turn around on filling projects.We stopped working together as the company received investment and became an in house branch of a major film company.I also ran a social media marketing masterclass through the company for musicians looking to improve their social media presence.
