Direct the operation of camp program areas, guiding and leading the entire program staff. Coordinate camp-wide activities and ceremonies. Provide leadership to area directors to guide them in successfully presenting the Boy Scout program, meeting its aims, and utilizing the appropriate methods.

Minuteman Scholarship Cadets can be nominated from any State Adjutant General (TAG) or any Civilian Aid to the Secretary of the Army (CASA) in lengths of two years, up to four years, for a scholarship. These scholarships are limited each year, and applications require a nomination memo with a handwritten signature from the nomination source. In return for these scholarship benefits, a Minuteman Cadet will serve as a Commissioned Officer in the Guard in a drilling status for eight years after graduation.

• Rendering responsibilities as the 369 Special Troops Battalion Senior Intelligence Analyst in support of Operation Spartan Shield and Operation Inherent Resolve• Conducting threat research and analysis while specifically serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on nine countries in the Central Command (CENTCOM) operational environment. Escalating root causes and implementing corrective measures.• Actively developing and briefing intelligence preparation of the battlefield products in support of the Military decision-making process, as well as supporting the sharing and use of products at the theater level.• Publishing graphical intelligence summaries (GRINTSUMs), daily intelligence updates, topical dive products, and executive summaries that focused on the capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operations of state and non-state actors in CENTCOM.• Coordinated, communicated, and synchronized information with intelligence cells throughout the intelligence community, including coalition partners, all branches of military service, and all echelons of the military. Advising and briefing the Battalion Command Team, staff, and subordinate commanders weekly for continuous process improvements
