I was given the opportunity to do a TIA (time limited assignment) as a Starbucks Construction PM. My territories include the greater Chicago area, Michigan and Wisconsin. Under this role I was placed in charge of minor renovation remodels. My responsibilities include the procurement of all necessary materials for each project. Creating construction budgets and obtaining GC bids. Formulating and scheduling construction time frames with store operations. Performing pre-construction meetings and site visits. Overseeing project construction and completing punch list walk through's upon work completion. Post construction I gather all necessary closeout materials and complete the final budget reconciliation.
