I have been selected to train new hires for safety and workflow as well as general tips and tricks when working in vehicle bays. I have also been tasked with ensuring teams are safely executing the tasks associated with their jobs.

Required to maintain constant communication with seniors in the front room, service coordinators in the back room, and individuals in my own and other teams to work efficiently and safely. Analyzed and minimized safety risks for every vehicle as well as the entire workspace around each vehicle constantly. Used background knowledge of general safety and efficiency procedures to determine processes for more complex activities which may have been poorly/not defined. Planned for each situation, and multiple steps ahead of tasks to ensure peak efficiency.Constantly used computers to look up customer information and sort through different merchandise, orders, appointments, accessories, and services. Helped to train new employees in job basics and efficiency improvement. Often put in charge of small teams, and required to meet certain goals for productivity and efficiency, as well as safety. Lead by example and provided expertise on effective processes to team members. Required to quickly read, comprehend, and carry out important lists of safety instructions in regards to handling customer vehicles and belongings, as well as detailed processes for resetting sensors and lights in different vehicles.Worked at four different stores, each with a distinct working style, and different processes for sales/services. Quickly learned required skills and processes of each site, and adapted to changes in machine functionality, tool availability, team member skills/numbers/working styles, sensor reset processes, and required computer skills while maintaining and promoting an enjoyable, safe, and efficient work environment for members of my team as well as customers and guests.
