I am an Implementation Developer at Office Practicum, a leading provider of pediatric and behavioral health software solutions. I graduated with a BS in Security Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington in Dec 2020, where I learned how to apply information technology to protect and enhance the security of organizations and systems. My core competencies include databases, SQL, cybersecurity, customer success, and data analysis.In my current role, I generate and configure client databases, websites, billing/scheduling RDPs to fit client needs, import data for new clients, and build reports and dashboards so clients can leverage their data. I also assist the support and implementation teams with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. In my previous role as an Application Analyst at NextStep Solutions, I supported internal and external use of the software, performed data cleansing, helped standardize support processes by building SOPs, and tested product releases. I also maintained enterprise client relations and led IRB meetings between Product, Development, and Support. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams that share the same vision and values. I am eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
