Multidisciplinary design studio. Caleb Zipperer is a furniture designer and engineer who has lived and worked in Brooklyn for many years. After apprenticing for a number of different designers including Dakota Jackson — and working as a bike messenger to support himself in the intervening years — Zipperer opened his own studio in 2010. Since then, his pieces have been exhibited at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair and BKLN Designs . They have also been featured in various publications including Architectural Digest, Vogue, The New York Times, Dwell, Core77, Modenus, Surface, New York Magazine, and House Beautiful, to name a few. He mostly recently had pieces in the 2021 Salon Art and Design exhibit in NYC.

Responsible for expanding Champalimaud’s limited production and licensed product business by building out in the areas of furniture, lighting, hardware, and bath fixtures. Execute entire design process including industry research, conceptualization, sketching, high quality 3D renderings for visualization, and creating technical drawings for production.

Head up and launch Poppin's new furniture line by coordinating the development and execution of products from design intent through bulk production with a focus on speed to market, quality, and cost.

Furniture Designer and Engineer. I have been in the furniture industry for 11 years under various roles from design, production management, QA,sourcing, and engineering. I design the way furniture is made for mass production. I have been with Williams-Sonoma inc for 8 years. I also have my own design studio.
