Qualitative Researcher
CurrentI speak with students (current, future, and former), faculty, and business and academic leaders in either in-depth interviews or focus groups on a daily basis. I specialize in pulling key, actionable insights from these meetings, which I then present to key stakeholders, often executive. I utilize AI tools to assist in my analysis to ensure accuracy of my findings and aid in a speedy turn-around from data collection to action. I seek to truly represent the voice of the customer (whoever my research is centered on) and advocate for them in my presentations. My findings go toward improving the student or employee experience and has impact on overall business strategy. It has also been used for marketing purposes. I also work in the quantitative realm via Qualtrics. I create or rewrite surveys, including course evaluations, to ensure we are asking the appropriate questions that match our research objective. I have aided in the creation/ adaptation of over 50 surveys that receive an average of 120k responses per year. I have also personally created over 60 CX dashboards through Qualtrics to make our data accessible and user friendly for our users. Many of my dashboards are used across Galen and HCA, including by HCA executive leadership.
