I spent over 20 years in law enforcement and education and now focus on taking the skills learned to continue growing the next generation to be Christ followers. I began my career in law enforcement learning and implementing new and established industry standards to serve the citizens in the cities I have worked. In 2019, I transitioned from the field to devote myself to training at the police academy working with law enforcement and criminal justice career-minded individuals. I have held the roles of lead instructor, work based learning coordinator and Knox County Schools CTE Department Chair and now currently serve as the Camp Program Director at Lake Ann Camp.
