I have streamlined our product delivery process, cutting costs drastically while simultaneously massively increasing the efficiency and capacity of the team. All while continuing to support and iterate on the internal software that runs the research for DataJoe.

Caleb works on the DataJoe application as well as building essential tools for workflow improvement both internally and externally. He works on a small team of developers to prioritize and execute on a weekly basis.

Caleb maintains conversations with clients, finds new prospects, plans and executes meetings, writes proposals and contracts, and moves conversations forward with potential clients to close deals.He also spearheads marketing initiatives, such as developing case studies from scratch and focusing efforts in areas that will have the highest return.

Partner with Joel Piekarski in Signature Hole-in-One, a company focused on creating excitement through backing hole-in-one prizes for golf events. Caleb is the day-to-day manager of these operations.

I organized and shelved books, which required a great attention to detail. I helped patrons with whatever they needed, and in a responsive manner, which improved my customer relation skills. I oversaw the work of other students and helped student employees with their duties by answering questions and giving basic training.

I managed a small team of employees and delegated jobs to get work done on time. This taught me time management skills, as the work needed to be done within a short timeframe. I also learned leadership skills, as I had full control over a small group of 3-4 employees who I delegated tasks to and worked to complete the job at hand.
