I love finding simple solutions to hard problems and creating things that I can be proud of. I also love to help people either by teaching/training them or simply by working with them on a team. In my previous employment I have gained valuable experience programming, working in various roles on teams, and working with clients. I am currently the lead web developer for Clever Coding where I have worked for almost 2 years now. At Clever Coding I started as a Jr. developer and worked closely with the previous lead web developer for about 6 months. Then I replaced him when he left the company. This has given me a range of experience from receiving and accomplishing assigned tasks to creating and assigning tasks for other developers, doing training, code review, and working with clients. Before working at Clever Coding I earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brigham Young University Idaho. While studying at BYUI I worked for a local company named "Frozen Dessert Supplies" as their in house developer. I managed their e-commmerce website and managed a typescript node server with managed inventory, order fulfillment, address validation, etc.
