Served as the Medical Operations Officer and oversaw all medical readiness for 700 service members and their families. Direct adviser to the Organization Manager for all medical operations. Designed and coordinated all medical evacuation plans for every training exercise conducted. Collaborated with several different units to create a sustainable health service support plan for large scale exercises.

Managed the Organization’s medical equipment maintenance and the inventory of all medical supplies. In charge of managing and utilizing the $1,000,000+ annual medical supplies budget. Direct advisor to the Organization Manager on all issues pertaining to the health and welfare of his Soldiers. Represented the Organization for all medical issues at higher level meetings and briefings.

Accountable for $4,000,000 worth of military and medical equipment. Coordinated the medical maintenance and upkeep for 85 pieces of medical equipment.
