Hospital Adjutant for a 248 bed Combat Support Hospital (CSH), three forward surgical teams, one veterinary detachment, and one dental unit comprised of over 900 employees. Conducts mission analysis, planning and staff coordination to ensure units are at a constant state of readiness to deploy and conduct global expeditionary missions.

Served as the Medical Operations Officer and oversaw all medical readiness for 700 service members and their families. Direct adviser to the Organization Manager for all medical operations. Designed and coordinated all medical evacuation plans for every training exercise conducted. Collaborated with several different units to create a sustainable health service support plan for large scale exercises.

Synchronized the medical capabilities of one field clinic and seven aid stations to provide primary healthcare, advanced trauma management, and emergency medical treatment to 4,000 service members both at home and overseas. Planned engagements with leaders of all levels and various nationalities. In charge of all medical operations and medical training. Planned, designed, and coordinated all medical evacuations and movement of patients to the appropriate treatment facility. Managed the Organization’s medical equipment maintenance and the inventory of all medical supplies. In charge of managing and utilizing the $1,000,000+ annual medical supplies budget. Direct advisor to the Organization Manager on all issues pertaining to the health and welfare of his Soldiers. Represented the Organization for all medical issues at higher level meetings and briefings.

Directly in charge of the welfare and training of 34 Combat Medics, 1 Doctor, 2 PAs, 1 dentist, and 1 physical therapist. Responsible for establishing the mobile Aid Station anywhere in the world within 72 hours to include patient treatment section, lab services, dental services, and patient holding prior to their movement to the nearest hospital. Accountable for $4,000,000 worth of military and medical equipment. Coordinated the medical maintenance and upkeep for 85 pieces of medical equipment.
