On an endless pursuit of knowledge and experience, I am currently studying in the School of Business at Nanyang Polytechnic where I can learn the fundamentals of Business and Analytical skills.After being a leader for 8 years, it has given me the opportunity to find my strengths and weaknesses. A good leader is somebody who can give a clear vision, build a strong belief, spot opportunities, accept any shortcomings and lastly being able to deliver the vision. Communication as a skillset should be of upmost importance. I am constantly taking the extra step in communicating with my clients/teammates to ensure we are on the same page, This brings out the best in both parties.
