After repeatedly losing at a middle school wrestling tournament, my dad said, "Caleb, I don't care if you win or lose, but I care that you put your best effort into what you are doing." At that moment, I resolved to give my best in whatever I was doing. This resolution stayed with me as I won multiple state championships in track and wrestling, graduated at the top of my high school class, and served a full-time mission for my church in Russia. Currently, I am a student-athlete and Huntsman scholar at Utah State University pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance. I am developing communication, computer, and accounting skills through various courses. After graduation, I want to contribute to the success and growth of the company of which I am a part.
