Caleb is an energetic and impactful young business leader that comes from a family history of small business owners. Thanks to being homeschooled, he graduated high school at age 16 and began his journey as an entrepreneur. Generations of family members ran small businesses that he participated in to some degree whether as a 3rd generation brick layer or as an auctioneer who has since raised more than $1 million for local charities. After graduating Wichita State University with a Bachelors in accounting, emphasis in management, he began his professional career, quickly progressing through 5 unique roles for various subsidiaries of one of the world’s largest private companies, Koch Industries. All this while finding the love of his life, Sarah, having 2 daughters, and graduating top 5 in his MBA class at Emporia State University. During COVID and the MAX grounding, he found himself at the helm of a major aerospace company as a Division Controller for LMI Aerospace (member of the Sonaca Group). This experience gave him the tools necessary to assume the financial oversight for $40M annual EBITDA as Vice President of Finance/IT for a division of the TransDigm Group (S&P 500: TDG). His passion and love for small businesses ultimately led him to become a part of North Park Group.
