I had the pleasure to have Caleb as one of my Agency Coordinators for the Chevrolet Campus Promotions program in spring 2011 at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He expertly guided the student agency of 30+ members with implementing a detailed, innovative and integrated campaign. He excelled and adapted quickly when structuring agency meetings to fully maximize the limited time the students had to discuss research findings, marketing tactics, public relations efforts, and use of their $3,000 budget. Caleb fully utilized all communication mediums including: email, phone calls, texting and Google documents to ensure all agency members were informed at all times. His effective communication skills facilitated a cohesive campaign that met client objectives. Additionally, Caleb is an incredibly creative, yet detail-orientated individual. The campaign theme, guerrilla marketing tactics, and event activities were unique to the UIUC campus and extremely innovative on a national level. As well as overseeing the creative aspect of the campaign, Caleb was very diligent in planning the logistical aspects to ensure it was implemented smoothly. This includes a two-part event with a Ride and Drive with 3 passenger pick-up locations and a static vehicle display with 4 simultaneous event activities. The execution was seamless and exceptionally successful with having over 500 event attendees in a short, 3-hour time span. Even more so, I was very impressed with Caleb’s level of professionalism and how he was very personable with his clients. He facilitated two formal presentations, each time engaging with his audience and was well poised. Caleb understands the importance of verbiage and articulately includes important and relevant context. Overall, Caleb has exceptional time management skills and is an extremely self-motivated, personable, dedicated and detailed-orientated individual. I am very honored to have had the opportunity to work with him and to see him grow professionally."
