As an instructor at Advanced Infantrymen's Course I played a crucial role in the training of over 75 Squad leaders. I trained Marines in decision making, operational risk management, small unit training, demolitions, security and stability operations, military operations on urban terrain, call for fire, and coordination with air support. As an Instructor at Marine Combat Training battalion I had a crucial role in the training of over 2,000 entry level Marines in basic combat skills to include; Weapons handling, Combat Hunter, Patrolling, Offensive and Defensive operations, and entry control point/ vehicle check point procedures.
