• Project Engineer for the Mobile Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Training Target (MASTT), a CNO rapid acquisition project addressing a shortfall in fleet training assets simulating small submarines for ASW. • Responsible for the lifecycle management, risk management, logistics support, and operational readiness for fleet training by coordinating with NUWC KPT field support. • Manage an annual budget of $3.5M OM&N.
