• Prepare and deliver SOF Carry-On Hardware (COH) Technical Data Packages (TDP) for NAVSEA technical review supporting COH authorization in an expedited timeline to meet Warfighter requirements by utilization to deploy and recover from deep submergence systems.• Lead and Coordinated the SOF COH procedure and technical requirements manual between internal and external stakeholders to include NAVSEA program offices and technical communities, NAVSEA QA as well as WARCOM, SOCOM and TYCOM’s to deliver an all in one easy to execute manual for onboarding, deploying, recovering SOF COH.• Execute the routing and technical review of the MK 8 SDV ECPs and Deviation packages.

• Project Engineer for the Mobile Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Training Target (MASTT), a CNO rapid acquisition project addressing a shortfall in fleet training assets simulating small submarines for ASW. • Responsible for the lifecycle management, risk management, logistics support, and operational readiness for fleet training by coordinating with NUWC KPT field support. • Manage an annual budget of $3.5M OM&N. Create/update a detailed breakout of funding throughout FY. • Prepare and submit POM submissions and adjustments to OPNAV N97 for out-year funding requirements.• Provide support and oversee a Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) project for a new fleet training asset satisfying fleet driven requirements.• Manage software support by Penn State University (PSU) Advanced Research Laboratory (ARL) for MASTT ensuring progress towards goals and spending on track for Task Description (TD) funding.• Provide support from the program office for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and coordinate with NAVSEA Technical Codes and Program Offices.• Responsible for conducting and overseeing technical evaluations of all MASTT Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)• Lead the Cooperative Research And Development Agreement (CRADA) between Navy Program Offices, Warfare Centers and Industry Partners for continued R&D with the asset.• Prepare and deliver SOF Carry-On Hardware (COH) Technical Data Packages (TDP) for NAVSEA technical review supporting COH authorization in an expedited timeline to meet Warfighter requirements by utilization to deploy and recover from deep submergence systems.• Execute the routing and technical review of the MK 8 SDV ECPs and Deviation packages.• Lead the effort to realign the Program Offices and Technical Codes within Team Sub revolving around SOF COH by execution an MOA to delineate roles/responsibilities based on the updates in policies, procedures and technical requirements within the organization.
