I make things for people who make things.I consider myself a mission driven founder with a non-traditional background. Starting my career in the non-profit community development space, helping to build need-based programs on the South Side of Chicago. I've helped built coffee shops, developed curriculum and taught a highly competitive advanced film and darkroom photography program, lead marketing for a globally distributed espresso machine manufacturer, and became a software engineer to build a company from the ground up, to introduce technology to help humanity with key problems in our economic infrastructure.I've demonstrated key decision making, strategy, and leadership through effectively executing large consumer education campaigns, helping brands move from traditional print advertising to digital advertising and sales funnel development. Working on a global team, I helped with the design and development of new products including naming, UI/UX design, collecting and presenting qualitative and quantitative feedback from key accounts and partners to deliver best-in-class products and experiences.I'm fascinated with companies that produce tools to positively impact our everyday lives, at scale. While I never went the route of a traditional 4 year degree, I have 13 years of experience working in teams, building meaningful, mission driven products and experiences, and am passionate about how AI can be used in real, practical ways to help humanity become more sustainable and efficient.I love rapidly designing and engineering technology to solve zero-to-one problems.
