OSD Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Office (Booz Allen Hamilton engagement): Advana is an OSD strategic initiative to develop a repository of Common Enterprise Data and a suite of analytics tools, to provide DoD leaders greater insights—the authoritative data platform of the Secretary of Defense.o Designed and implemented data governance program to manage risk associated with data movement in and out of the Advana boundary, including development of efficient and repeatable processes that scale with the program—supporting connection to over 300 systems, including thousands of data sources.o Authored the Advana Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) template (i.e. MOA/ISA), strategically designed as a dynamic tool to apply NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) best practice standards to the Advana data acquisition/data brokering effort, including a variety of data types/classifications/requirements.o Evolve a traditionally inefficient and burdensome administrative control into an effective and highly demanded tool that leveraged risk mitigation efforts to remove barrier to permissible data.o Hired, trained and managed a team of six (6) FTE to write and maintain over 300 DSAs—a key data governance control privacy data control tested as part of the Advana SSAE18 Audit.Built and managed a team of six (6) FTE and recruited and placed five (5) FTE on other teams, accounting for over 10% of the company roster and 30% of company growth during my five-year tenure.

U.S. Air Force (PwC engagement): helped stand up a new engagement team tasked with Oracle ERP enhancement (growing from 3 to 40 FTEs in 15 months). As functional operations team manager, responsibilities included: client relationship management; oversight of 8 Subject Matter Experts to achieve contract deliverables; and contribution to cross-functional program strategy (partnering with functional accounting, systems integration, and data analytics professionals across multiple organizations). This required facilitation of working groups to document ERP processing of transactions from over 30 feeder systems; author of Universe of Transactions: Population Completeness manual; development of policies and SOPs to strengthen internal controls; design and execution of corrective action to remediate dozens of audit findings; development of key control matrix; and strategic development of Key Performance Indicators to measure progress toward the ERP enhancement strategy.Internal Initiatives: played an active role in recruiting, candidate interviewing, and resource placement; contributed to business development; assisted in account management; and contributed to organization strategy and leadership of this rapidly growing small business

Deepwater Horizon Economic Claims Center: assisted the execution of multi-billion dollar class action settlement by analyzing Business Economic Loss claims of large, multi-facility businesses.

U.S. Defense Logistics Agency: CFO strategic initiative to align the organization to achieve its missionContributed to CFO organization structure re-design; defined CFO mission, vision & finance strategy; authored critical sections of the change management strategy and communications strategy; and provided review feedback of CFO organization job roles and responsibility. Contributions to overall project management entailed scope management and development/monitoring of progress measures via creation project charter and POAM as well as quality assurance review of all client deliverable products.

U.S. Defense Logistics Agency: Co-managed engagement team to design and maintain internal control deficiencies database, providing enterprise view of control weakness and corrective action. Managed client relationship; facilitated functional design working groups; defined and documented team governance, operating procedures and functional database design; developed and facilitated delivery of training material; oversaw ongoing operations; and worked with audit staff to design methodology to prioritize corrective action efforts based on deficiency financial impact and level of effort. U.S. Navy: facilitated stakeholder working groups to document current state budget tool processes and assisted engagement leadership to develop and perform optimal design gap analysis

PNC (compliance review): designed macro to automate test of mortgage foreclosure fees & cost, improving individual FTE testing efficiencies from one loan per week to 16 loans per weekAOL: re-designed period close account validation procedures to cut processing time in halfMicros Systems: developed macro to allocate consolidated deferred tax balance among subsidiaries
