Caleb Edwards (he/him) is a United States Navy submarine veteran with over 7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. After leaving the Navy in 2017, Caleb worked as a Production Test Technician with Lam Research in Tualatin, OR and Livermore, CA before joining Micron in the winter of 2018 as an Equipment Technician. Caleb moved into a leadership role as a Shift Supervisor in TD Operations in March of 2020 and navigated the challenging effects of the COVID-19 pandemic while learning and adjusting to this new role. He has driven significant continuous improvement projects resulting in over 6,000 manual hours saved on routine tasks and refined business processes to ensure clarity and efficiency of tasks. Caleb has a proven record of coaching and mentoring his team members and those around him to support their career development, having secured over 10 promotions for his team members in the past four and a half years. An advocate for under-represented groups, Caleb has held roles including Regional Lead and Global Lead for the PRIDE+Allies Employee Resource Group (ERG) and is an active member of the Veteran’s Employee Resource Group (VERG).Caleb holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Small Group Management and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Management from Purdue University Global as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Engineering Management from the University of Southern Indiana.
