To achieve this, I provide “World Class Service” to technical professionals and clients by earning their respect, acting with professionalism, expressing the highest sense of urgency and excellent follow up.-Responsible for business development and account management of small, mid-size, and enterprise level clients within an assigned geographical territory utilizing a strategic and systematic approach.-Consulted and partnered in planning strategic business objectives in order to attain corporate goals for my accounts-Manage entire sales and recruiting process including market research, client contact, proposal delivery, and relationship development-Provide coaching and mentoring to recruiter population-Responsible for the management and development of assigned recruiters as well as participate office development to achieve desired results
