I was born near Los Angeles, raised in the bountiful Catskill Mountains, and am now a computer hardware/software professional in a small city neatly tucked away between two rivers.Since my professional journey in information services began in 2019, I've been pushing my teammates and crew members to become the best they can be in their roles in my company. I like to ask tough questions; when I do, I believe we both can learn something from the answers... and when we don't know the answers, we begin a remarkable journey of discovery.I believe the only "dumb" question is the one not asked; this philosophy allows me to work to wrap my head around not only the issues people have with their technology, but also what makes them tick.I like a good challenge. When I'm outside work, I enjoy distance cycling on a decent trail, preferably surrounded by a mountainous or forest landscape.
