Hello, I'm Caleb.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion, graduating in April 2023. My recent accomplishment includes obtaining my private pilot's license in November 2023 as I embark on a journey towards a career as a professional pilot.During my college years at Weber State, I embraced the challenge of being a student-athlete by contributing to the competition cheer team. Beyond the athletic arena, I've dedicated over four years to coaching cheerleading, honing valuable management skills to effectively lead teams ranging from 15 to 30 individuals. Currently, I also serve as a shift manager at Hug-Hes Cafe, where I find fulfillment in guiding and supporting my team to achieve their objectives.My leadership journey extends to my earlier years when I spent three years as an instructor and guide for Timberline National Youth Training. This experience was instrumental in shaping my passion for teaching leadership and fostering personal growth in youth.Looking ahead, my aspiration is to establish a fulfilling career as a professional pilot.In addition to my professional pursuits, I'm passionate about spending quality time with my family and friends, often engaging in sports-related activities.My skill set encompasses strong customer service, organizational proficiency, effective problem-solving, high motivation, and a collaborative spirit in team settings.
