Managed a team of 5 Assistant Directors of Admission responsible for 4,500 applications from the southeastern United States. Accountable for the team’s applicant file review, loan process, and final enrollment for optimal Fall enrollment. Coordinated and oversaw the recruitment travel schedule for the entire team of 16 Assistant Directors of Admission, completed 6 weeks of Fall recruitment travel, while maintaining a personal caseload of over 400 applicants. Developed and managed strategic SalesForce reports to achieve effective outreach, communication, and scheduled audits resulting in Fall quarter enrollment goals. Maintained working relationships with the Financial Aid, Counseling and Support Services, Student Accounts, Student Success, Career & Alumni Success, and Residence Life Offices to ensure a working knowledge of the university. Member of the Review Committee responsible for awarding SCAD’s 12 full tuition scholarships to incoming freshman.

Completed 30 weeks of recruitment travel consisting of an annual visitation schedule to over 140 top priority private and boarding schools. Maintained a caseload of nearly 200 students in various stages of the application process, and an additional caseload of over 300 prospects. Scheduled and implemented nearly 100 one on one student meetings in 10 different states. This activity resulted in a 60% increase in year over year enrollment. Presented at Information Sessions and various special events in SCAD’s major U.S. markets.Hosted VIP students and educators during the Savannah Film Festival and aTVfest.

Event coordinator for open house, orientation, freshmen visit days and tours.
