Coaching For Everyone (CFE), a 501c3 non-profit organization, operates with two forward-thinking missions. The first is to offer complimentary coaching and leadership support to traditionally underserved and under-resourced BIPOC populations. The second is to offer a coaching fellowships to working BIPOC professionals interested in becoming a certified coach.The CFE Coaching Fellows Program is dedicated to providing one of the most comprehensive coaching training programs running today. Our coaching fellows are taught by some of the most knowledgeable coaches in the country.We help BIPOC professionals become exceptional certified coaches, with no prior coaching experience. Our coaches see each session with their clients as an opportunity to transform, inspire and create a lasting impact.We’ve partnered with The Co-Active® Training Institute (CTI) on this endeavor. • Supervise 82 nonunion direct reports who perform wet sanitation and production roles• Run processing for Pourables products (266 million pounds), Spoonables and relish products (650 million pounds) feeding 17 high speed lines with a combined productivity goal of $5.9 million annually.• Manage bulk receiving of eggs, soy bean oil, canola oil, high fructose corn syrup, heavy corn syrup, starch, liquid sugar, and vinegar ensuring that all semi-truck loads and railcars meet food safety regulations, expected deliver weights, certificate of analysis, and all specification requirements.• Supervise the sanitation of over 125 product tanks, 4 dispax blenders, 9 HSST Units, 7 product silos, a relish cook system, blue cheese processing system, a Bran Luebbe, a vinegar luebbe.• Perform wet sanitation using Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Sanitation Practices, 12 Clean In Places systems and 15 Clean Out of Place systems.• Performed Sanitation Procedure Audits on approximately 70 procedures, created training manuals and Standardized Sanitation.
