I’m a General Manager, Operations Professional, Writer, and former Co-Founder with over 15 years of experience in the cannabis industry; a passionate leader excited about mission driven companies in the cannabis, logistics, psychedelics, and farm-to-table industries. With my many years of leadership experience, I’m an expert in hiring, developing and growing highly committed, dynamic teams. I believe that everyone has something special to offer and I excel at identifying what that something special is and leveraging it to create dedicated, cohesive groups. I’m also an expert at working within highly regulated markets, with deep experiential insight into the regulatory landscape of the california cannabis market. Most recently, I co-founded and served as General Manager of LIfted SF, a community-focused cannabis delivery company based in San Francisco, CA. Lifted SF began as a humble prop 215 medical delivery dispensary, which I spent over 10 years growing into a thriving, beloved local business. I also guided the company through the registration and legalization process, ultimately securing adult-use permits from the city and state. I was originally drawn to the cannabis industry because I’m passionate about creating sweeping social change, and fighting back against the criminalization of plants and the so-called war on drugs felt like a great place to do that. In my down time I enjoy my secret passion of writing. One of the things that brought me unexpected satisfaction was creating all the marketing copy and client communications for Lifted.
