I'm a game designer passionate about using games to create memorable and engaging experiences to reach new audiences. With a background in literature, theatre and film, I fell in love with games for their unexplored potential as a medium. My interests drove him to found a Board & Tabletop Games Club at my school to share my love of analog games, using them as a means of building a community and giving back at the same time.Outside of studies I've taken part in multiple game jams and have numerous projects spanning across murder mysteries to analog card games and tabletop RPGs. While interning at an edu-tech company, I pitched concepts for a series of educational games and was eventually tasked with leading the team to prototype the designs. Having received the LKY-STEP Award and the SIT Scholarship, I am currently pursuing my degree at Digipen Singapore, where I am additionally engaged as a Peer Tutor. As I continue to develop and refine my skills for design and development, I strive towards creating engaging and interesting games that aim to tell stories and bring people together.

  • Led a team to conceptualize and create innovative digital materials to supplement online-based learning. • Cooperated with educators to design a series of Unity engine games to provide students with an interactive and engaging way to reinforce their studies in primary school level mathematics, science, and English. • Developed modular and expandable structure for the games to allow each game to handle multiple topics within a given primary school level subject.• Designed systems to enable educators to directly review and edit the question data within the games to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the educational material.• Created unique interactive learning materials using the Unity engine for a special holiday programme, designed for teachers to make use of to better engage their students, including creating interactive animations and minigames. • Designed formatting templates to streamline workflow and improve efficiency in formatting of worksheets into ready to print forms.
