Replaced antiquated warehouse systems to create immediate capacity improvements and pave the way for significant future improvements, created opportunities for notable cost reduction, and built a consumer recommendation engine using artificial intelligence (AI/ML) to deliver multiple millions of dollars in incremental revenue over 3 years.

Promoted to build out a synergistic software development organization that leveraged enterprise tools and platforms while delivering data & analytics tools to 3 functional organizations across Nike’s 4 separate geographies. Hired then led and developed a global team of ~250.Delivered data solutions and analytics tools that enabled $150M+ incremental revenue, $100M+ incremental EBIT and 75K+ hours of time savings. Also, led Nike EMEA team to deliver a 4x ROI back to the P&L in 2020 by identifying and vetting high-value opportunities and scaling the organization to deliver optimal outcomes.

After successfully orchestrating the launch of nike.com across 30+ countries, shifted into an operations management role and tasked with building then managing a cross-border trade e-commerce digital operations model that would work cross-functionally across the Nike enterprise. Specifically, brought in to create a model that would help ensure on-time delivery of consumer orders, display available inventory, provide online local marketing support, and assure consumer services service levels were maintained. Led a global team of 4 and partnered with regional teams in multiple countries to maximize the impact of nike.com while minimizing costs.Drove delivery of the first year P&L, surpassing revenue expectations, and developed an operating model for global launches of high-heat products that is still in use.

First hired to run business analysis requirements for various aspects of nike.com. Promoted in 2012 to identify and build out features and service offerings for nike.com in new countries, starting with Japan—an undertaking many felt was insurmountable due to its complexity and lack of institutional knowledge and experience in expansion. Built and led a diverse team of 12 and managed a $15M budget. Launched nike.com in China and 30 new countries, a global platform that today generates multiple billions of dollars in revenue.

Oversaw all analysis and led and developed a project delivery team.
