-Performed lateral analysis in accordance with ASCE 7-16 CH12 Building Structures & CH 13 Non-Structural Components, using both the Equivalent Lateral Force Procedure (RISA) & Modal Analysis (ETABS). Developed a wide range of design experience on different LFRS’s ranging from Wood, Steel (OCCS), Cold Formed, Concrete, CMU, including procedures for two stage analysis, podium slabs, and extreme torsional irregularities.-In conjunction with a full-time drafter, the client, and the Division of the State Architect, prepared (E) & (N) foundation, floor and roof framing plans for (N) Solar Panels, or HVAC on (E) Educational or Commercial Structures.  Performed lateral and gravity analysis of structures for compliance with California Existing Building Code, to be retrofitted with (N) Solar Panels or (N) HVAC systems; Mix of Like-for-Like, and new additions. -Within two weeks of starting, I was tasked with designing a 122’ x 282’ Solar Carport, atop of an (E) 5-Story post-tension parking garage. I was recently informed by our client; that this project has just made it through structural review by the city of San Diego.-During my short time in San Diego, I was selected as the firm’s representative for a total of (10) different site visits across the state of California. During these visits, I was on roofs, in attics, and under buildings, inspecting the (E) structure for which we had some or no as built drawings; responsible for determining roof framing, lateral load increases, anchorage conditions, and following completion, general conformance with structural drawings.

-As one of five officers in my unit, I am responsible for, or assist the commander with planning and oversight of platoon, company or battalion level training events, potential training around 500 soldiers.-As a Platoon Leader, I track all things regarding required training, physical fitness and/or medical status of about 40 soldiers under my responsibility to maintain or work towards a high level of readiness for the unit.-Currently responsible for the accountability of roughly $5,000,000 of equipment.-As a brand-new lieutenant last August, I planned, briefed and led a 48-hour operation consisting of around 100 paratroopers and 6 different vehicles, under the evaluation of Senior Officers up a one-star general and served as the senior officer in charge on the ground of seven different live fire ranges.-Trained with partner Italian and Spanish forces conducting training operations in Germany and Romania.
