I'm the resident expert and lead point of contact for the full stack of martech solutions we offer to our members/clients of AVB Marketing.My job is to create, maintain, train and collaborate with stakeholders to lead projects and programs with strong go-to-market strategies. This means carefully balancing and prioritizing the input and output of work to best support companywide growth initiatives and critical customer needs.

I managed projects across all internal teams for more than 100 new campaigns weekly including vendor driven promotions and custom digital advertising for our independent retailers. I helped develop and implement new marketing strategies, driving revenue, leading innovation and leading a digitally first strategic vision for over 700 independent retailers across the United States.

• Develop and execute local marketing plans, driving guest counts, sales and profitability for the Client. These marketing plans include strategic execution of traditional media, digital media (including integration of global mobile app), and multi-cultural experiences for the Hispanic, African American, and Asian consumer markets.• Responsible for 172 Restaurants in the Sacramento, Stockton and Modesto areas in the Pacific Sierra Region, a top 50 McDonald's market, currently rated #3 in sales and #3 in guest counts system wide. • Maintain and manage billing of Media and Non-media Marketing budget, with 29 billing codes.• Build and develop relationships with local Owner/Operators, McDonalds Corporate and Regional Marketing and Deployment teams, Restaurant staff and Agency partner.s• Present marketing plans, research and analytics for varying initiatives across the market.• Activate and promote the client by managing partnerships and sponsorships with TV, Radio, Sports, and Agency partners. This includes representing McDonalds at events all over the Region, Corporate partnerships and meetings, Scholarship opportunities, etc. • Train and coach Account Coordinator and Intern.

• New Business development, multimedia marketing campaigns, and event coordination. Develop station branding through integrated advertising with local and national organizations.• Strategic Consulting, including sales strategy development, digital SEM and PPC campaign integration, and broadcast media utilization.• Advise businesses on asset management, marketing, branding, and social media presence.• Develop and execute experiential events across six stations, activating a target audience. partner with promotions directors to increase profitability and brand awareness through customer engagement.

• Lead teams for both brands: Aldo and Call it Spring• Recruited and on boarded several associates for four store locations, many of whom were promoted to management positions• Improved sales for underperforming stores increasing year-over-year results for a variety of volumes.• Enhanced customer experience using visual merchandising.
