• Primary job duties include leak detection and repair at petrochemical facilities using environmental air sampling techniques• Perform LDAR(Leak Detection and Repair) policies and procedures following tasks in assigned project site• Works in extreme hot and cold weather conditions and carries a 40lb backpack for approximately eight hours a day• Climbs in pipe racks, multiple flights of stairs, and tall ladders to monitor components up to heights of 300 ft

• Worked in an operational capacity within a machine shop that produced over 4 million dollars per month of machined parts• Read blue prints and diagrams while working along side Machinist to ensure each down hole tool produced was matched standard specifications• Supported outside sales personnel by keeping them informed on the characteristics of each machined part

Brutus Gc-158A Offshore Platform

• Operated three months on TLP Brutus GC-158A producing 17,000 barrels a day often working 12 hour shifts• Obtained over 600 hours of hands on pressure vessel and pipeline maintenance training • Proficient in Triethylene glycol separation equipment and procedures• Experienced in troubleshooting DVA and subsea well process train • Skilled at safely climbing scaffolds, towers, and vessels• Identified and restored over 11 safety and environmental hazards (HSSE) during a 3 month period• Skilled in wearing all PPE including FR coveralls, respirators, hardhats and additional safety equipment• Involved with Integrity Management, planning inspections and coordinating with other facilities• Operated, monitored, and adjusted production and injection well fluid flow and pressures, the installation fluids separation vessels, produced water handling facilities, crude oil to export and gas compression and the treatment and distribution equipment and process.
