In this position I am focused on FLIGHT DECK adoption, cost, strategic growth & capacity for the Auburn site.

Responsible for the implementation of FLIGHT DECK (GE’s proprietary operating system)- Support TAVS and Additive businesses within the Auburn Site- Responsible for the adaptation of structured problem solving

- Managed the Advanced Missiles Center of Excellence programs

- Responsible for managing CINCOM (ERP/MRP) system to generate the appropriate signals to minimize constant demand swings in the supply chain and provide stable production plans for the operations team.- Accomplished with the team the delivery of detailed financial forecast by part number to financial team for next year’s budget. Encompassing demand and arrears burn down plans by value stream by part number and projected month.- Delivered 6 sigma black belt project to reduce inventory at the site, which will realize a current reduction of inventory of $13.5M at the end of 2024 and implemented a sustainable process to maintain the improvements within the supply chain team.- Created and delivered automated line of balance, Production Plan, and Reporting tools for various value streams using Excel VBA.- Responsible for enabling the Master Schedulers to generate attainable current month and 6 month Production Plan.- Realigned the team with standard work per job title and value stream to maximize productivity and minimize non-value add activities.

Responsible of managing our MRP/ERP system by implementing tools which enabled the rapid assessment and direction of action to align the Supply Chain to the Production Plan.Developed a multi-tier clear-to-build tool using Access and Excel to clearly define the critical internal and external components needed to attain the proposed Production Plan.

- Recipient of the GKN Global Quality Award- Responsible for the LEAN deployment and training for all employees onsite- Developed new techniques for manufacturing fuel bladders- Certified as 6 sigma green belt by reducing the scrap rate for a particular product from 50% to 0%.- Certified as a Lean Advanced and Lean Leadership practitioner by implementing material flow diagrams and transforming the site layout to accommodate front to back flow of material, and implementing new leak testing techniques to reduce process set up time from 30 minutes to 10 minutes meanwhile reducing the possibility of damaging the fuel bladders from 20% to 0% by introducing redesigned closure plates- Initiated secondary supplier material sourcing from the UK to the US in order to minimize shipping cost from $500K YoY to $20K YoY- Carried out a ballistic test on self sealing tanks for the military

St Louis Rotation:- Developed hands on experience as a metals and composite engineer for multiple customers in the defense sector. Supported component and assembly manufacturing for the F-18, F-15 and CH53K.- Responsible for part and bill of material management, disposition of non-conforming product and development of work instructions using 3D models.- On-site engineer in charge for PDLM deployment using WindChill.- Introduced Python automation to daily tasks, increasing productivity and reliability on data collection and reporting. U.S.A Human Resource rotation:- Supported the hiring of over 100 front line leaders.- Facilitated Set4Success training to over 50 leaders.- Interviewed over 300 candidates for a wide range of positions within our various sites in the US.

- Responsible for the design and installation of structures, minimizing downtime and maximizing production at companies in a wide range of industries. - As 3rd party contractor, developed the abilities and competencies to work with different companies and teams.
