In my role supporting the Facilities & EHS Manager, I efficiently performed various administrative tasks:- Interfacing with all internal and external stakeholders, as a first point of contact, relating to L’Oréal-operated facilities across Australia & New Zealand.- Responding to reported maintenance issues and coordinating efficient and effective responses;- Actioning, delegating, and managing all maintenance requests and monitoring job requests through to completion;- Contracts & Contractor Management;- Ensuring any works are carried out in a timely manner, to a high standard and in accordance with specifications, requesting reports and ensuring matters arising are actioned;- Coordinating miscellaneous minor works related to the presentation of the building; and- Planning and implementing environmental and sustainability initiatives with the wider Operations Team.

As a part-time customer service team member at Bunnings, I specialised in paint and special orders, handling a high volume of incoming calls and providing friendly and helpful service to customers. In special orders, I managed daily emails, organised deliveries, processed purchase orders, and supported the sales register team. In the paint department, I possessed extensive product knowledge, offering customers accurate advice and best service. Furthermore, I contributed to stocktakes, maintained the paint aisles, and assisted in other various departments as needed. Throughout my five years at Bunnings, I received multiple awards and badges for exceptional customer service and dedication.
