Working as part of a cohesive 3 person management team, I gave direction to our Consumer Team to provide the best customer service possible for our end users of Danner and LaCrosse Footwear products. I managed a team of 10 that were taking phone calls, responding to emails and monitoring chats to provide our consumers with the service they deserve and expect. In addition, I oversaw the Social Response team who was responsible for all social media inbound requests.

As the Manger of The Patient Angler I was able to wear many different hats on a daily basis. Of course as a retail establishment, first and foremost was our clientele. As the face of the shop I had to provide the very best customer service I could to keep them coming back day in and day out. In addition, on a daily basis I was tracking and forecasting to ensure we had a balanced inventory that only promotes business growth and happy customers. I was constantly reassessing where we are at and doing orders as frequently as needed to ensure we accomplished our desired inventory levels. I processed every incoming order ensuring the highest product quality for our customers. I was given the opportunity to take over our social media platforms where I worked to promote our brand awareness and grow annual sales. I constantly researched and watched our industry to identify new trends that can help build the business. With that responsibility I was also in charge of educating our team on new trends in order to stay relevant and exceed the needs of our customer base. When a new employee is brought on to the team, I trained and educated them on shop operations, sales tactics, product knowledge and customer interactions.

As a shift supervisor my job was to motivate and manage anywhere from 2 to 6 employees at a time on a daily basis. I was responsible for delegating tasks in order to give our customers the true Starbucks Experience. In addition to these responsibilities I was diagnosing day to day activities in search for new opportunities in our processes and procedures.At my last locations in Downtown Bend I acted as the Facilities Lead in charge of maintaining equipment, fixing the things that I could to keep our costs down, scheduling preventative maintenance, and educating our staff on maintenance procedures to achieve smooth work flow.

At Columbia, my position was to drive sales of our products while performing superior customer service for our customers. Frequently leading the sales floor in sales and KPIs, I was awarded the Employee of The Month Award for October 2012.
