Designing spaceflight hardware for satellite constellations. Working in collaboration with the embedded systems team and CTO to develop the primary satellite data hub. As a part of the multidisciplinary team I work to develop the architecture, form factor, capabilities of the Loft central compute hub. The hub is integral for all Loft satellites launched from 2023-2025+. Worked on the first hub version from start to finish. Performed part selection, parts qualification, derating & other part and system level analysis, schematic capture and layout for internal PCBAs, internal flex circuits, and numerous ground support and manufacturing related PCBAs. Helped to select and onboard a contract manufacturer for low volume production. Supported electrical test and qualification campaigns, including TVAC, thermal, vibe, shock, EMI/EMC. Supported satellite integration and ICD development, and some on-orbit validation efforts. Performed electrical design analysis and reviews for schematic and layout of other satellite subsystems. Led and conducted design reviews, and detailed design verification activities. Supported drivers group and other embedded systems Linux-based software development with hardware testing and firmware validation activities.

Responsible for design/build/test/delivery of numerous custom LRUs for the XB-1 aircraft. Requirements capture, schedule management/planning, circuit design, schematic capture and board layout in Eagle, board bring up, soldering, o-scope, logic analyzers, flex designs, etc. System integration testing.
