I'm a Senior Costing Analyst with over nine years of experience within the health care industry. Through supporting Kaiser Permanente of Washington's actuarial and decision support teams byperforming costing analysis, maintaining and remediating internal controls, report creation, maintenance, and improvement, I have become skilled in research, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and a variety of other reporting software suites. Even as a child I was an analytical thinker, tearing apart anything and everything I could get my hands on. Motivated by my strong curiosity to see how things worked and how they were constructed, I tore apart my brother's Lego sets, our family computer, monitor, and all sorts of miscellaneous electrical and mechanical devices. As an adult, I learned to construct my PCs, upgrade my laptop, perform automobile repairs, and renovate my home. My natural tendency for analytical thinking guided me to a natural fit with my dual major - Management Information Systems and Accounting, as well as my various roles at Kaiser Permanente. My curiosity, work ethic, and customer service skills that I've gleaned from all roles I've held enable me to hit the ground running on day one.
Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Accounting, and 16 others.
