I am the managing partner here are Rio Creative (agency) + AirBaton (digital marketing platform) and have had the privilege of creating thousands of marketing campaigns for some of the largest CPG companies on the planet. Its been a fun ride!As an agency owner I wear many hats… some fit well... and some look lopsided and funny but hey… life of an entrepreneur! I work on many things, from digital marketing campaigns to product ideation/development and launches and everything in between. I am constantly leveraging our digital platform AirBaton, to collect valuable consumer data while driving sales at retail. The days where we just work on packaging, displays, POS, ads, etc. are long gone. We now take the consumer on a journey… that simply begins there. I love all things digital and am seldom caught without a gadget in my hands. The design and marketing world is changing rapidly and we are constantly changing with it. I like working with people that don't suck. I love what I do and work really hard to keep it that way. I build long term relationships and if we don't have fun working together, lets move on.
