About Caleb Wininger
Hi there, my name is Caleb.In 1999, I started a small window cleaning business in Oakland County, Michigan called Lake State Cleaning. Now, over 20 years later, I'm happy to say that the company is a thriving one. I enjoy the work I do because it allows me to serve my customers and my staff at an extremely high level.Over the past few years, I've shifted my focus to providing support to other small business owners as they navigate through the challenges of growth. Over the years, I've developed a keen understanding of what it takes to build a strong, sustainable and automated home services business. I've built and managed every facet of my own business, from team development to SOPs to marketing campaigns to hiring funnels to data analysis. This experience has given me valuable insights into what works and what doesn't, and I love to share that knowledge with other entrepreneurs. In the summer of 2019, I was privileged to attend and graduate from the coveted Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where I was selected by my Cohort to serve as its Alumni Ambassador. In July of 2020, I assumed the role of Basecamp Resource Director for the Conquer Program. Conquer is the world's leading mentorship and coaching program specifically focused on helping home service businesses and their CEOs grow. In January of 2021 I became a Certified Conquer Business Coach, which has allowed me to work closely with small business CEOs in new and exciting ways.In September of 2022, I achieved Level 1 Coach Certification from Behavioral Essentials, the world's foremost science driven behavioral assessment platform for the business environment. I live and work in a wonderful community called Orion Township in the great state of Michigan with my beautiful wife and two teenage sons.
