I oversee onsite parts cage inventory, lead the cycle counting program, and ensure data integrity within in our micro-maintenance work order /purchase order system. I plan and develop all construction and properties capital expense projects and ensure plans are briefed to peers to minimize impact. I supervise the receipt and issue of spare parts and oversee all aspects of the structure including plumbing, electrical, concrete, roof, interiors, and rolling stock.

As the GM - I oversaw the successful transition of 3PL account takeover and implementation of both quality and Shingo-based lean programs for the facility. I helped plan and coordinate the facility move to a 250k sq. ft. new location and the simultaneous AS400 warehouse management system launch. Achieved bronze level lean certification for facility within 14 months of transition to new facility. Created HACCP team and attained NSF food safety certification for new facility. Created and modified processes as required for corrective actions from food safety audits. Reduced overall invoice and labor cost to client via lean system implementation. Lead documented training of associates on processes by maintaining training matrix. Established confidence level for elemental times within individual processes via observation and time studies.

Inbound Group LeaderAs the Inbound Group leader - I direct and supervise the daily activities of the team members. I accurately handle all inbound and outbound freight according to company policies. I am responsible for security and safety of departmental areas. I ensure the "Best Methods" of productivity improvement procedures are being used by all team members.

Engineering and Facilities Group Leader As the Engineering and Facilities Group Leader - I maintain the operational capability of the building, equipment, and systems. I lead and develop my team to keep the distribution center’s resources in optimum working order.
