As a Lead Universal Banker III at Buckeye State Bank, I oversee the daily operations of the branch, provide exceptional service to our clients, and coach and mentor the staff. I have more than four years of experience in the banking industry, having previously worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at The Rockhold Bank. I also have a background in communications and criminal law, having served as a Communications Specialist and Emergency Medical Dispatcher at The Highland County Sheriff’s Office.. My mission is to help our clients achieve their financial goals and support our team in delivering the best banking experience possible. I am passionate about learning new things and applying my knowledge and skills to different situations and challenges.
