My personal duties include,Working with customers throughout their home buying process, guiding them to make the best decision for their new home. Obtaining financing involving various loan programs, VA, USDA, FHA, etc. Purchasing of land and all research involved with each parcel. Coordinating all construction of the land and placement of the home including, permits, foundation, well & septic, etc. Completing project in a "Turn-Key" fashion until Certificate Of Occupancy has been issued and loan has closed. -Maintaining long term relationships with local, or out of town customers, building rapport. -Designing of the home including, floor-plans, options & features. -Obtaining financing. Being knowledgeable with various loan programs & financing options. -Finding & purchasing land, including negotiations and decisiveness for compatibility with home. -Estimating project in its entirety. Home, land, construction costs, reaching an estimated total. -Overseeing project until completion of Land Home package and closing has been finalized.
