I have decided to step into my farthers company Bangs A/S as he needs an extra pair of hands in dealing with the growing demand for Bangs Ginger Drinks!Bangs has launched a new product called Bangs Ginger (Ingefær) Drink which I will be responsible for marketing together with all the variaties of marmelade. Luckily it has been well accepted by people in all ages as people begin to see and feel the positive effect that Ginger have on people. It is especially with people that suffers from rheumatism (gigt) that many studies show how ginger can help them ease their pain. Personally I find it very helpful when I feel that a cold is on the way or my imune system in some way is weak. This is what I am trying hard to create some awareness about. So far I know that once someone tries it and enjoys both the taste and effect of Ginger they keep drinking it. My biggest challance is how I let everyone know about Bangs Ginger Drink! I am currently working on a new initiative from Capacent People called Shortlist. My job is to provide customers with a shortlist of candidates who are screened and interested in the position. From that it will then be up to the customers to conduct interviews and select the right candidate for the job. It is thus a faster and less expensive way for companies to get the candidates they need as the hiring process is streamlined and resources are allocated accordingly.
