Cal Poly’s Brock Center for Agricultural Communication serves to create a bridge of communication between the agricultural industry, the media and the public. As Editor in Chief I oversee all projects that are produced by our center. Our biggest project is the AgCircle Magazine where I'm responsible for the organization, development, and editing of the articles. I also manage various multimedia and marketing projects for the center.

I was chosen to assist one of my professors with social science research regarding Agricultural Communication. I help assist by creating surveys in Qualtrics, collecting background and supplemental research, and help schedule interview dates/times. I also help edit interviews and create transcripts as well as review and analyze those transcriptions.

During this internship I got to be a part of a big branding development project. We worked on not only physical look and feel but also product formulation and brand messaging, personality, and mission. I helped create two websites using Shopify and Wix and also worked with many consultants about e-commerce and go-to-market sales strategy. I developed plans for social media and assisted on gathering information and research about a variety of topics.
